My Three Stage Process
I offer a very simple, straight-forward system, which makes my services effective to all types of companies, while remaining accessible to non-profit organisations and small companies alike.
1. Grant scoping report
This is a top-down review of the different areas, sectors and moving parts within your organisation to identify areas that would line up with available funding, and then identify grants that would match up and suit.
I create a comprehensive report outlining my findings and a recommended course of action. This takes roughly 5-7 days, with regular communication throughout.
2. Build a funding strategy plan
If you are happy with the scoping report, and have an interest in availing of these opportunities identified, we can sit down and put together a strategic plan, which can be short or long term depending.
This means aligning the funds and outlining them in terms of importance, 'snowballing' (starting with the small ones and getting bigger), and also which ones require an entry grant before a larger one is available etc. I allow 2-3 hours of dedicated meeting time together.
2. Ongoing Grant support and writing
If you are happy to continue with my help, and we have established that it would be worthwhile pursuing the plan, then I charge a retainer fee for the duration of the plan outlined. This is dependent on the requirements and how much research, preparation and writing will go into the grants, as well as the volume of grants we would be going for.
After we create the strategic plan, I will give you a full quote, so there is no hidden fees and you know exactly what your getting before we continue.
