My Three Stage Process
I offer a very simple, straight-forward system, which makes my services effective to all types of companies, while remaining accessible to non-profit organisations and small companies alike.
1. Grant and Funding Assessment Report
This is a top-down review of the different areas, sectors and moving parts within your organisation to identify areas that would line up with available funding, and then identify grants that would match up and suit.
I create a comprehensive report outlining my findings and a recommended course of action. This takes roughly 7-14 days, with regular communication throughout.
2. Strategic long-term funding roadmap
Following on from the the Grant and funding assessment, and working closely together, we design and create a comprehensive long-term plan for tackling the grants chosen. This strategic approach makes sure that your organisation has a roadmap to follow, making things straightforward, while also making sure that the plan helps with the success of each application.
I allow 2-3 hours of dedicated meeting time together.
3. Ongoing Grant support and writing
Once a strategic long-term plan is in place and agreed upon, I can help your organisation further by providing ongoing grant preparation support, advice and assist with grant writing. These means following best practices and structure that give your applications the greatest chance of success.
I work on a project basis, so once the plan is in place I can get started and make sure that the strategic plan is followed, ensuring that the outcomes we decide are met and each grant applied for has the best possible chance of success.
I also offer general grant and funding consultation, for all advice and knowledge in all aspects of funding and grants in Ireland
